Our rooms
All our rooms are different – each has its own characteristics and special features.
And because we are not a classic hotel, there is no exact list here,
but a few impressions.
So just give us a call or send us an e-mail and we’ll be happy to help you choose.
Room rates vary between 200 and 520 euros depending on the room and season and are per double room and per day. Breakfast and all listed inclusive services are included.
We follow a simple pricing model. In addition to the room rate there are hardly any extra costs, as the following are included:
The only additional charges are for alcoholic beverages.
For our wine lovers we offer something special: all wines can be enjoyed and purchased at cellar door prices. We do not add any markup.
To ensure that all guests feel comfortable in the house, we limit the number of dogs to two small to medium sized dogs with a maximum shoulder height of 60 cm. Please make sure to clarify this in advance when booking. We charge 25 euros per day. It goes without saying that beds, sofas, and the pool are off limits.

- Freshly prepared breakfast every day
- All non alcoholic beverages such as coffee, water, juices, and tea
- Small snacks that you may prepare yourself, such as mozzarella, tomatoes, Parma ham, Parmesan, and bread
- Use of our shared kitchen
- Use of our grill
- Daily room cleaning
- Nespresso machine in all rooms, refilled daily
- AESOP care products in the rooms
- Kettle with South Tyrolean “Kräuterrebellen” herbal tea
